All the software to print to an IKON-operated device on UK's Campus can be found here. You must be on the UK campus to download these installers and to print to the computers. These installers also currently only support Windows OS, Mac users please go here.
WARNING: These drivers only work for 32-bit Windows devices. If you have a newer 64-bit model, please install LPR Printing. If you have questions about this process, please Contact Us.

STEP 1: Find your print server. Use the dropdowns below to determine which server you print to, based on the building that the printer is in. If you don't see your building name, please Contact Us.

STEP 2: Download and run the .exe file. You can install Black and White printing, Color printing, Duplex printing - or all three at the same time.

STEP 3: Download and run the batch file you need. Select the 'Server Reference Batch File' if you don't wish to rename the printer, and the 'Name Change Batch File' if you do.

The default printer names for these installers are similar to 'Black and White Printing', which many people and locations do not find user-friendly. Therefore, we have created a simple Batch file that you can run and which allows you to change the printer names (Name Change Batch File). In order to run this Batch file, you must have administrator privileges because it requires registry changes. It will ask you for the following bits of information:
